I've been thinking of getting a REV 440 for some time now, but I'm not sure if I'd really enjoy it for my rips across the lakes. I know I'd have a blast in the ditches, islands, shorelines and powerlines though.

I sure am, soft water fishing has kinda died off for me.

Best thing my dad ever did was get me into snowmobiling.. We ride together every weekend in the winter now, and wrench together in the summer.

I know what you mean man, I got my first last week, and as soon as it was hooked it jumped 3 times like 4 feet out of the water, then took off up the river, all i could do was stand there with my arm out and let my drag scream.

While I was salmon fishing lat week I saw quite a few of them coming out of the water for some reason. I also saw some biting each others tails. They seem to be very powerful fish, sometimes when I would reel in my lure would hit one and it'd launch in the air instantly, it was a cool site.
