I thought I'd share my version of a surf & turf diner I had tonight since I couldn't go fishing today mother nature had PMS again dumping a load of snow yesterday and today... blowing her north westerly @25km/h Ain't no way this sorry ass was going out So to begin this 2 course meal, first, had to thaw my rainbow filets and deer steak in cold water Then prepped the tatters and veggies Got the pans hot Dropped the rainbow filets in the pan and the tatters First course Ummm! Then got the venison prepped with olive oil, soya sauce, worcestershire (spell check here lol) salt & pepper Dropped the veggies and venison in the pan Second course Ummm! Ate like a king Even had left over for breakfast tomorrow Tomorrow my daughter is competing for YBC National... if they finish first... their going out east to Newfoundland Tight lines Leechman
