That was a recap that would take first place this year.
Great pics and great report.
That bass is yours, Dan, suck it up butter cup.
Enjoyed the read.
Theres a guy I know that uses high vis green raven line and does well for lakers. Maybe were all getting to complicated here.
Im just saying from first hand visual experience.
Sometimes it,s not all about the money.
Great shots in my eyes. Never knew they landed like that.
Out on the toon,I see many birds flying just inches from the water. I would love to capture some of them.
Myself,I would go 1/2 oz. I can really burn that bait then let it drop and rip it. or I can slow roll retrieve it and get down.. Pike like to ambush. I had one that I didnt even see, til it came thrusting out of a layer of weeds. It missed the bait and went back into hiding. Was cool to see.
I can motor along just fine with the flippers. Just ask Terry. When needed,I use the oars. Im good without the motor. Dropped another 3 pounds this weekend and feeling real good about myself.
Bill,I heard and seen surfacing happening. Threw the spinner bait and 4" tube nothing. Still surfacing happening. Grabbed the UL and cast it. BINGO BANGO.. I love those little jems.
Fishing was good. Some bass, huge perch and blue gills and then mother nature released the hounds and balled her eyes out.
As I was uploading, another burst came through Barrie here. Huge rain drops and hail. I was praying that I didnt lose power.
Something new for me.
