I stopped by the lake to have my cup of Timmies,While parked,I noticed the pay station was covered up. HMMMM So I took a drive around and sure enough,they are all covered up. Looks like there will be no charge for parking for the winter anglers. I will be emailing both townships and ask if they will be doing the same thing.

I was out this morning just window shopping to see whats out there for this up coming ice season. Here are a few items I seen with prices. CTC and Cabelas. I see that woods has got into the hub market. Not a bad price,but have no idea of the quality, as they didnt have one set up. A few random things. Propane auger. It,s not the lightest. Now on to the Jaw Jacker. I was very surpised to see it for sale there. Alot of talk about if it was legal,or not. Well wouldnt you know it,there was a CO there. I approuched him and asked about it. His answer was they are not allowed in Ontario. I said well,they are over there on the shelf. I showed him. He walked off to talk to someone I guess. I didnt stick around,but will stop in later this week to see if they are still on the shelf.

I always like watching these Richard. Would really be cool if that happened around here for the Notty.

That right there pisses me off the most. PLUS ADD ON THE SMALL GAMES TAG. Is there a market price these days on venison? Talked to a few fellas this week that hunted. A group of 12 guys had one doe tag. They seen more does then they had seen in years. They asked why the low number of doe tags in their area. Answer? The hard winter last year. OMG

You know when your good enough,when your friend lets you back in their $45,000 Lund. Thats trust. Or he just dosent want you taking off with the boat, once he drops you in. Theres also that time when I had to back in between two fellas that were taking their sweet time. In out in 2 minutes.

A strange thing happened to me today. As we stopped all the machines at work at 11:00 am, as we have done for the passed 20 years that I have been there,I was over come. Thinking of all those that done us all well and to live the life we live. I thought of my uncles and my grandfather. My grandfather really hit,as I have had the chance to read some old letters he wired to my grandmother. I wont get into details of the letters,but it made me think of what he and all the others did/done/went through, for us to live a free life. I miss him dearly. Thanks grand dad. And lets not forget my other part of the family. They served us well.
