Maybe you can add a few dings to it and that will lower the $$$ a bit. LOL -
Hey Smitty Thanks for that schnitzel cook and freeze and reheat. Had a batch tonight and they were still nice and moist and delicious. Best thing was, just thaw and heat. Thanks again

I seen a batch here at food basics. Disgusting IMO.

Big shout out to Bill M for a great deal and for updating this unit before I got my hands on it . This thing is huge for me . Same width as the crate . The addition of a thumb screw clip on the back ,makes all the wires neat when I pack it away. I just left the gps puck in the crate today ,worked just fine, but will make a holder that will clip on the crate. Transducer holder was spot on. I can angle it any way I want to pick up the lure in the current. I will change out the top bolt for a hand knob, so I do not end up dropping the small wrench down to the bottom . The only thing I found when I fired it up,I did not have my spots I saved from the other unit . It is the same chip I have been using. Must be an upload thing I can do,or this is what happens ? Should of brought the chip with me when I picked the unit up . Now I will pack the 598 away as a full time ice unit . Oh I am happy happy. PS.................. When you get tired of the new 56" wide screens you have now Bill ( which are amazing WOW ) I might be able to fit one on the float boat. LOL Thanks again bud. Good luck with those musky.

Lemon chicken, corn cob and tater salad. Simple as it gets. Have not had lemon chicken over charcoal in a long time. It was a fav as a kid. Pop made it many tines when we had picnic days at 6 Mile Lake. Those were the days,,,,,,,

I was listening to a truck report yesterday Art. I paid $18,000 for my truck in 2014 . Guess what, I can get the same price, if not more, and it has low KM. 89,000. That is just crazy nutz IMO, but do get it, BUT, there is no way in hell, I could buy the same truck new for under $30,000 now. I will drive it ,til it give up. It sure is an eye opener Lew. I was so happy with mine til well, the retina detach. Pisser is,it is the same eye as the glaucoma. Living with it. -

I went on a visit to my parents this morning up the hwy 11 . I always love the leaving at morning dark and watching the sky light up on my travel up . Always seem to be a different sight . Watching for those pesky deer crossing , can be a bit on the nerves .There are many boat, yak,SUV and motor home dealers both north and south bound . There is the one just before line 9. Always full of any boat of choice. Many in the past had American stickers and numbers. Empty. Next there is a new RV place. 3/4 , empty. Get close to Gravenhurst, 2 yak shops, 1/3 full. Heading home, there is a large boat place, just before Orrila that is always full of boats. I stopped in there many years ago and found his prices outrageous. Guess what ? Empty. The one that really caught my eye on the way home was, The Hitch house. Ya, Hie dies had some stock still, but this place, Hitch House, sell huge motor homes. Always full of inventory when I would drive bye. This morning,I could count the stock on one hand. Many many places made big bucks due to this virus, BUT, when everything gets back to almost norm,it will be a buyers market. Keeping my good eye open -
I am going to grab one of those BIG BERTHA driver covers for my 30lb electric. I like it shiny. 🤣

I did not get the battery meter one. I would of if they had one. Like I said, pick,ns are slim to non.
-
Thanks Paul That was my thinking but also thought maybe 40. I am not sure why they do not come with one ? Seems weird, as those bow mounts seem to have them .
-
I will be taking some cable from the old one Chris, so same gauge.
-
That Is a fancy gauge for me float boat .. Where would I install it? LOL
-
First off, YUPPPPPPPPPP, the old 30 lb thrust was weak . The new one is so sweet for my float boat . I could run full and get 3.7 mph. What a hole shot,,,,,,,,,,,,,LMAO . That was on glass waters this morning . The only issue is,the power cord is about 1ft short . So I will splice it and figured since I am going to,I might as well add an in line fuse for safety . So ,what size fuse am I going to need ? Also, is there a meter I can rig up for battery power ?
-
Thanks Smitty. Saved. I just sealed 3 bags of cooked cutlets and froze. Was down at Starskys this morning. They have a machine that will turn pork cuts into Schnitzel for ya. Saves on the pounding and noise.LOL I cheated as I did not get around to smoking bread crumbs, so bread crumbs and smoke paprika mix will do for now.Sorry, to busy to get pics, as I got pork belly and pork hocks on the go in cure as well .. Been a very busy day from buying to prepping to well, now a few cold ones. BBQ is on for some German frankfurters and sauerkraut.
-
Ok,I will not respond to that,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, Are you going to fix that video glitch or what ? LOL
