Bobby Wilson we picked up a month ago or so....nothing special but a capable backup I'de be worried about shopping either JPA or Travis Darnaud.....If we do we better be getting a real impact player. Travis especially, If he becomes the player people say he can be, watching him play elsewhere for the next ten years will be painful

Wont be getting any new reels(of any quality) for 100$ Look for a used Okuma Sheffield, good reels for the price, Ive been using one for a few years with no real complaints, Ive used and owned some higher ends reels but for the price there is nothing wrong with the Okumas You can usually find them for 125-150 and occasionally cheaper... Might be able to find a used Raven reel for around that price too and they hold there own as well

Bondy baits and Handlebarz are some of the baits im after, just wanna get it all in one swoop online to makes things easier... Etackle is currently sold of handlebarz, thats another reason i was looking for other sites with lots of selection

Hey all, Going up on a trip up north soon and want to be stocked up before i go....Want to get put an order in online but not sure were to go for good prices and selection. I have used www.Muskyshop.com before, and although they have a great selection...There were alot of Fees that popped up last minute that leaves me looking for another source. Would rather not deal with the border if possible I see Etackle.ca has alot of positive reviews....but ide like top see if there is anything else you guys use that has some more muskie specific selection Anyone got any ides? I had them, im sure they would work well in most conditions, but if you plan on bushwhacking a bunch....dont buy them lol Mine tore to shreds on sticks...every trip out they got worse and worse....Mine were retired after 2 weeks

Sounds like everyone uses the same basic rig for cats... Go big or go home when dealing with heavy cats, heavy braid, big sinker, big swivel, big(20) lbs floro, big circle hook, big stinky bait... One thing i have never done is used live bait like a chub, or even cut bait suckers for cats, Any one wanna share how they prepare a sucker to use as cut bait for cats? you can PM if you like to not detour the original topic. Ive been using worms/shrimp with good results but would like tot try this out

Well i just read the entire thread, couple things Muskymatt, your a great senstroll... Im happy with the leafs this season and the direction there headed, i have been alright with nearly every move BB has made since he has been here, and ill be even happier when (if i hope i doubt it ) he fires Wilson I think we will see a short playoff appearance this season, and next season we will see great improvements and challenge for the 4/5 playoff spots....So many young guys just rounding into form in franson and gardiner, while frattin and colbourne will try to crack into the everyday lineup. Say what you will, there headed in the right direction in my eyes...

FLA NJ and Toronto(all within 5 point of the sens)have 3-5 games at hand over the sens, I dont see the Sens holding spot at the end of feburary, especially if this 4 game skid goes on much longer

Hell of a game last night, penguins have been a force and continued to be one last night... The leafs played great most of the game, cant blame them for running into a hot team, if it wasnt for fluerys play and the blown goalie interference call, this would have been a leaf blow out.... They are now sitting in 8th, thats better then 9th people... Id do the JVR for schenn trade in hearbeat, if JVR was playing top line minutes he would have 20 goals by now, that guy is gunna be a star...
