  6. Hope to see you there and thanks for reminding me about the radio.
  7. JJ, if you keep bumping this thread more people will show up. More people = less wings for us.
  8. Replica mount dude, I'm a conservationist! -Brian
  9. I have the "Rod Saver" and it works fine in the Tahoe. I haven't adapted it to the van yet but the initial problem I foresee is mounting the front strap. I don't have a place for it on my van. If you have a sliding door on your van, think it through before purchasing. -Brian
  10. I shot my PB Laker in a boat just like that! I knew it wouldn't take long to get 'er wet! -Brian
  11. It's almost time for the battery storage debate. Thanks for the heads-up on the stabilizer sale.
  12. Rick, if you can't make it at least send the hat!!
  13. Thanks for the bump JJ
  14. Nice report Wayne and nice fish - even though I've seen bigger 48"s Is Marc giving up his spots to Roy or did Roy ask for an autograph? -Brian
  15. That's okay, I have something in mind for our next trip... "Hey Rich, Ryan and I want you to come perching on LSC "
  16. I think you're right Jo... Jared has Subway Rich has the Filthwich For a moment I thought this was my planer board mast... until he moved A couple more pictures... Great report Rich, I felt like I was right there... re-living the skunk... thanks for that. I had a great time and look forward to the next outing. -Brian
  17. I happen to like the blue... it brings out the Hugh Jass bass in you! If I can't make it to Quinte at least I'll be able to see Mike (Big Bird) via satellite. Nice fish Steve, I'm glad you were rewarded for dealing with the weather. -Brian
  18. That's no excuse... in fact, that's my agenda!
  19. Shawn, I had my spine removed when I got married - no back problems here! Best wishes bud! -Brian
  20. Leafs vs. Penguins on the tube! Spouses welcome! It's a little earlier than usual but out-of-towners shouldn't have to worry about inclement weather in mid-October! Also, Muskiestudd has taken on a new career and scheduling will be a big issue. It wouldn't be the same without 'studd there. Although, we wouldn't have to keep an eye on our fries hmmm... GaryV will be sorrowly missed in body but will surely be there in spirit.
  21. "ONE OF THE FASTEST AND EASIEST WAYS TO HANG JUST ABOUT ANYTHING, WITHOUT ANY TOLLS" (it's tools!) I agree with the rerun cycle.. I'll watch WFN before I go to bed, wake up, turn on the tube and it picks up right where I left off. As if I've paused the show. -Brian
  22. That's the ONLY legitimate argument for a tiller! Great report and pictures! -Brian
  23. Fisherpete, I know where Dan lives in case is doesn't pay up. Another life lesson gleaned from the Simpson's.... "I prefer the personal touch you only get with hired goons" - C. Montgomery Burns Sounds like a good deal on the Abu/Fenwick. -Brian
  24. I'm sorry to hear about Rocky, Norm - and thanks for bringing this up. About three weeks ago I replaced a water pump on my Tahoe. I removed the old one and picked up the new one on the way to work using my van. While I was at work, I left the drain pan under the vehicle for at least 12 hours. Any number of critters could have gotten into it. I won't be doing that again. It would have taken an extra two minutes to tidy up. -Brian
  25. I was happy to help Adrianne. You'll enjoy that ride for years! You got a great deal there and I can't help but feel sorry for the person that paid $45k+ just a few years ago. You should thank them, not me! -Brian
