  1. It ain't easy! I quit cigarettes 15 yrs ago! Made the mistake of having the odd cigar a few years ago and ended up smoking a pack of Colts Mild a day for the last few years!!! Stopped (again) about a month and a half ago...Planning to stay smoke free...
  2. Yep, handling a big Muskie safely requires some specialized gear and skill... 1-In-line spinner aka Bucktail 2-Muskie sized spinnerbait 3-10" Jake (trolling) 4 10" Believer (trolling) 5-Topwater lure (Topraider, Jackpot, etc)
  3. I thought only ignorant rednecks from Hogsweat Alabama watched nascar??? GO CANADA GO!
  4. "And wolves are a billion times more sentient than a fish" I don't think I'd shoot a Wolf either...But that is the dumbest statement I've ever seen!
  5. I think Ron's big,bigger,biggest thread is a sign of...A SIZE COMPLEX!!! Ahahahahahahaa!!!
  6. I knew that Mercer was the DEVIL!
  7. The Construction Trades are going to be needing many new people in the coming years...Most trades pay around $30/hour. Apprentices usually start at 50% of that.
  8. Get a Topraider, throw it alot this summer, there is nothing more exhilarating than a Muskie topwater hit! Be patient it'll happen, likely when you least expect it! Double 10s attract(and catch) fish! Double Cowgirls are a safe bet, but the price has gone up on them I noticed at the Fishin Show today... A quality Muskie net is a must! If you can afford the lures, you can afford the NET!
  9. Roy, if you think I'm outspoken on here...Wait till you see me on a stage at 'Happy hour'!!! Gavin, thanks...
  10. I keep checking the website but still don't see a speaker schedual...
  11. I think the Triumphs are the only line they have made in China, hence the lower price. Still a nice rod, I have one along with some Mojos, a Premier, and a few LTs.
  12. Massassauga Provincial Park, Moon River area of Georgian Bay.
  13. For those of us that believe fishing is best done when the water is soft....Share some pics Summertime Bass'n My Muskie buddy with a nice summer evening fish Lake O in August!
  14. Here's mine, one of my Favourites, French River Muskie weekend in November... A little nicer on Pike Opener... SS Prop I put on this past summer, big improvement on performance! Course, it seems like a rock-magnet though...
  15. A couple of things...Make sure its comfy sitting down, not too short cause you'll notice it then. If you're using it for Ice fishing you'll probably want some room under it but I doubt you'd wear a full winter coat under it, just some layers of poly pro and fleece. If I fell in 0 degree water I'd want a one piece suit!!!
