  1. I curse the new style cans I have in the garage anytime I use them. Whoever thought that design(Integrated vent in the filler) was good needs to give their head a shake.
  2. I thought that there was a deal that if this ladder was built an electro barrier(Or something) had to be put in place so these fish wouldn't make it into the UC?
  3. Wave next time!!! lol You're in a maroon F150 no?
  4. Mike, seems like a trend for pretty much everywhere! People expecting lots of snow, waking up to only a little bit!
  5. Thanks man! My oldmans '81 Toyota was similar (Actually, it was probably better then mine) impossible to get it stuck. I've had to unhinge my fair share of highsided fullsized trucks, lol.
  6. My neighbour is an older gentlemen (probably 70-75 years old) when he first moved in he came over with a $50 bill and asked if I minded taking care of his driveway for the winter. I told him to keep the $50 and that I'd be glad to. So now he's smartened up and buys me $50 gift certificates to the LCBO every year, lol. Those are hard to say no to
  7. Sounds like I'm in for some fun with the new to me sled, lol.
  8. Still snowing here in Barrie. Nothing out of the ordinary though.
  9. I remember seeing those Phazers as a young teen and was blown away by them. I saw one out a few days ago in Bracebridge as I was driving through and getting some diesel. Still looks as awesome as it did 15 years ago.
  10. I'll keep my eye open for ya Roy, thanks for the info!!
  11. Go down to Erindale park in Sept, the pro's down there will teach you all you need to know!
  12. Older Polaris, 2000 Indy Trail Touring. Twin 550, 2UP, reverse, etc etc. Should be a great ice fishing machine.
  13. Add the Pathfinder to the list as well with the rear mounted spare
  14. I already have access to a trailer, the problem is storing it. No room at my place.. I'll check out the ramps at PA! I actually off loaded it tonight into a snowbank at the front of my house. Pulled it out, put it into reverse and off she came.
  15. LOL!!! Yeah, it's no 5ft, maybe a foot and a half at most, I appreciate the info! One less thing to worry about. Damn ZR2's and their shortboxes! The interesting part is how I'm going to load this sucker, lol.
  16. Just picked up a sled and it sticks out quite a bit past the tailgate when in the back of my S10. I've been searching the MTO site without much luck. Is there a limitation as to how far my load can stick out past the tailgate? I realize it will need red flags or similar, but I just want to make sure I'm legal driving down the road (with it secured in place with tie-downs obviously)
  17. I like how he just keeps starting it and starting it, lol. The light is on for a reason, figure out why it's on before you caused even more damage.
  18. Rogers has had a limit in place for years. A set limit per package and a $$$ amount per gig over that limit.
  19. And there you have it. One thread finished on the first post, lol. This might be a record!
  20. Anyone else do this? Left the ISO @ 1600 for the ENTIRE DAY!!! lol I couldn't believe my 10-22 was clicking off such fast shots Ah well, live and learn I guess. Alot of the stuff I took this weekend looks ok, but as soon as you attempt to crop, the graininess is extremely visible. I won't be doing that again! Here's a decent shot from the end of the day... Lake of Bays Sunset on the ice. by billmarz, on Flickr
  21. We saw a lot of sleds, but people were just zipping up and down the lake, lol. I can't believe how shallow those fish are compared to Simcoe.
  22. Garmin GPSMap 62 here, nice upgrade over the 60csx it replaced.
