  1. Mike those big giant floating bugs in the last box will work well in August
  2. Welcome Chris! Maybe I'll see you out on the big lake for perch or when the whities finally open back up
  3. Brandon, those star shots are probably my fav out of all the stuff you shoot.. How much noise clean up is there in PS? I realize you're camera is better at high ISO then my 60D, but mine always seem way to noisy.... Any chance you could post up some of the EXIF data on those? I find that really helpful when I'm trying to capture something similar but am not having any luck, lol!
  4. It's all about the gearing! LOL!
  5. I love those zonkers, great for resident fish! you definitely want some perch coloured shad raps! killer for brookies.
  6. Agreed. They should have them on the road (each direction) at every major bridge crossing in the No Kill section...
  7. Nice fish! Although they don't like laying on rocks
  8. Look a the size of the eye, definitely looks like an atlantic to me.
  9. My sister has a female AB. Awesome dog, awesome with the kids, etc. But I wouldn't want to be the person breaking into that house, because you wouldn't make it out alive, lol!
  10. Buddy of mine caught two guys with fish on a stringer in the No Kill section a few weeks ago, lol!
  11. Rory absolutely destroyed him... The main is a snoozefest.
  12. Residents under the age of 18 adhere to the Resident Sport fishing license.. Limits, slots, everything.
  13. Agreed, kids are just out to have some fun.
  14. Specs can't resist worms, if a cold front moves in you'll need to force feed them, they won't be moving for anything. Don't forget the worms!
  15. There are idiots running around with a $1000 worth of float gear that say crap like this as well, lol.
  16. Could have made like 4 icefishing rods out of that thing!
  17. Right on the money Ron!
  18. Way too many variables to have a simple answer to this question
  19. Awesome! I gotta get the oldman out there for some of that action!
  20. Old man never liked trolling in front of the range, lol!
  21. You know where to find us! Beer will be nice and cold, we owe ya a few Dave: My oldman and I used to fish the St.Catharines Game and Fish annually when we lived in St.Catharines.. My fav place to fish however has got to be the mouth of the Niagara. You never know what you're getting into out there!
  22. Thanks man, I really appreciate it. I'll set you up with some roe for the next year or two, lol!!!
  23. You were at the house? I just got out of the shower like 15mins ago! LOL! :EDIT: Holy crap man! I think I'll be set for years! I got some stuff in the freezer for you
  24. I used a custom built 10-17lb Rainshadow XST spinning setup for pike up in Nakina a few times and had zero issues... You don't need extra heavy gear up there.. A medium heavy outfit (casting or spinning) will work just fine... As for the casting setup I used, it was a 7ft St.Croix Avid MH with a Shimano Calais 200 spooled with 20lb Suffix. 6 over 40 inches in the boat that week
  25. I thought about a second set of controls as well, but to be honest for what I use it for I can't see it being worth while. All I gotta do is go to the back, start the motor (it's electric start) and put it in gear. After that I do everything from the front... As for the steering rod, I've had both motors tilted up with it attached, but I don't think it's designed to work like that. I know the EZ Steer which works from the rear of each engine (compared to the front on mine) will work regardless of which tilt positions either of the motors are in.. You might wanna check out that one!
