My condolences to the family.. Parents should not have to bury their children. But as a wise person told me when I buried my son... God takes the ones he wants at his side regardless of age... Wow.. my eyes are tearing up.. just thinking of what this family is going through.. knowing I went through it myself. I hope upon hope the boy is found alive, and I feel for the family involved. not sure how well Chunks would do on you're gasser Brian, they are generally thrown in with the lump or briquettes... PS, nice looking cook you got there!

I agree there is no sense in soaking chunks, however with chips I find they flare and burn up to quick to be of any real use, I find soaking chips works well if I am using chips

just cover the chips in water for 30 minutes, drain the water in place in tin foil with holes punched in the top, or a wood chip canister.. I assume you are using apple or hickory for you're smoke? they compliment pork well. G

Did you watch the post match interviews/press conference? Carwin was taken to hospital after fighting Brock.. Speaks volumes on the power Brock possesses. He was very casual, articulate and coy when being interviewed. Brock deserved the win, after sustaining the first round onslaught that Carwin imposed on him. G

Nice to see Lesner weather the storm... given the size of his biceps I am surprised he did not tap sooner. I had my money on Lesner and he came through... It was a quick fight.
