  10. Hi guys thanks for all your input on this.. I am a fairly handy guy and am not afraid to getting my hands dirty.. It is something I wanted to do myself just for the simple fact of doing it.. it is not a money issue, more of a I wanna do it issue, if that makes any sense. I do have some neighbors I could call on... great advice thanks! Time to start calling around for prices.. Thanks again guys!! G

  14. Well I have a F150 and have started to notice pulsating in the brakes.... I can feel it is in the rear as there is no steering feedback when braking... I took a look and it appears my pads are fine (Thermo quiets) but my rear discs need to be replaced they have quite the lip on them I heard these discs can be pricey... anyone replace their rear discs on their F150?? what did they cost? Should I also need to replace the pads? they seem to have alot of pad left on them... I have never done a brake job myself before... is this something that should be straight forward? without alot of reading and internet searches to accomplish? Last thing I would want to do lose braking due to an oversight or mistake on my part.... any advice you can give would be helpful G
  15. This might sound like a silly question... But today I wired the Fishfinder to the fuse block and hooked it up to the transducer.. right now the boat is located on its trailer on a paved driveway... I turned it on and it was reading that I was in 6' - 10' of water... Is this normal for it to be giving a depth reading when out of the water??? The unit is a Eagle 500c G
  16. Mmmmmmm... Dinner! Nice haul man! G
  17. Everytime I have shopped there I have not experianced an issue, found the staff to be helpful and available. That being said.... sometimes their prices are not inline with the rest of the market. G
  18. Funniest fight I have ever seen..... even the ref stated... Iam not sure what his strategy is here! There was a LOT of mocking going on LOL! <object width="425" height="355"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i6cL-oqdz_I&hl=en"></param><param'>http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i6cL-oqdz_I&hl=en"></param><param name="wmode" value="transparent"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i6cL-oqdz_I&hl=en" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" wmode="transparent" width="425" height="355"></embed></object> G
  19. a great card tonight... wow... talk about bloody!.... I feel for the guy from BC though.. what a wimp.... I have NEVER seen anyone backpeddle as much.... even the announcers mentioned I am not too sure what his strategy is here... LOL I was howling.. I would still take Lew vs. Chuck Norris though.... my thinking is a fist would smash you from his Moustache before you stood up! G

  21. A local place here in Hamilton that Solopaddler put me on to.. Special Touch located here in Hamilton. Wayne, it was planned LOL... I also do not want the floor rubbing against the boat when underway or if the boat flexes Thanks for all the comments guys! G

  23. Mike awesome looking ride! I bet you had a hard time sleeping last night! Enjoy it brother, looking forward to the reports from her G
  24. Many of you have asked me to keep you updated on the progress with the boat both in threads and in PM's... Your wish is my command... you might remember this... The partial rear floor going in... Room for water run off and swelling... another pic.. here is the second part of the back floor going in. I left a 6" space so I have room for the bilge pump and plug... I did the floor in two pieces so I could easily remove the small back portion (removing 4 screws) to clean out any debris.. you might notice I had to seam the vinyl I ran out... Ohhh well.. if it lifts (which it probably will) it will be easy to replace... Here is a shot of the completed floor Here is a shot of the GPS puck location Fishfinder and GPS w/ Ram mounts Here is her cover... Now I only have to add the stereo and speakers tidy up a couple odds and ends... And she is done... For this year at least I hope this post gave you a bit of insight in how to do your own boat floor... I went a bit overkill.... but I know I will not have issues in the future.. Thanks for looking. G.
  25. awwww now you have gone and done it Brian... it is on the tip of my tongue.. it was a nice trout sleeve.. dang now this is going to bug me... I have several tattoos all have different meanings.. however none that are fishing related at the moment... by far the most painful one was a custom dragon i have done on my chest (Back when I was fighting) and the dragons claw is VERY close to my nipple... other then that i resemble it to a prolonged cat scratch when I describe the sensation.. and the longer it continues the number you get to it. I found outlining to be a tad more intense then the shading for sure. G
