Cliff... I think you brought out exactly what the spirit of this forum is all about!.. sure we many not always agree, even have our disagreements, but at the end of the day we all have one common bond. All friendships are like that though, I know I owe a great deal to this board and it's members, a debt I can never repay... all I can do is be apart of this family help out where I can and be there for others... I know for fact, I would NEVER find the support I experianced anywhere on any board anywhere anytime then the support I received here.. I truly am grateful for each and every person here for that simple fact. There is no "old boys" club here... there are just those that choose to become involved and those that do not.. Some prefer to sit behind their screen.. Some that prefer to put a face to name.. First off welcome to OFC It is considered good manners to introduce yourself and tell us a bit of info before asking for tips on specific water bodies I am sure someone here has fished it before and would be happy to lend you a bit of advice. Good luck on you're trip! G

If you want to troll Rice lake.. and do not like to hold onto the rod.. might I suggest a Salty Holder? it is removable and simply works... not to mention it is not made of plastics.... as for a bait on rice lake trolling for pickeral... if it was me.. and I was not jigging... I would be running a small shadrap to stay above the weeds be close to em.. G

Big and small.... you got that right!! The pool was part of today adventure... and doubled as an emergency fire extinguisher should the need arise man did Liam and I have fun today! Spiel brought Brooke over... and I learn a few new things today! what a great dog Brooke is! Spiel thanks for everything again... see you soon... We had a blast tonight... I took photos of Liam with sparklers and video of the fireworks we bought... Here are a couple of the pictures... and what I think being a kid is all about... HAVING FUN!!! Now to edit the HOURS of video from today... we had BIG adventures! G
