  1. Looks like a White Crappie to me from the pics!
  2. 2 lbs.- 14 oz would be 2. 875 lbs.
  3. The heck you say?!!! There aren't a whole lotta the White ones in that nek of the woods eh Dan'l?
  4. Get it weighed on verified scales with witnesses... lots of pics!!! Keep it alive or freeze it if it dies. Congrats on the "Killer Slab"!!!
  5. Purdy 'Gill!
  6. Nice report and pic!!!
  7. A good wife. A good dog. A fish on the end of my line... these things make me smile!
  8. Are you marking any bait-balls?
  9. Check to see if you have a loose/corroded connection at the battery.
  10. Been there done that Marty! Keep futzin with it, you'll get it!
  11. What lb. test line were you using? Clear shallow water will make fish line shy in a heartbeat!
  12. Heck!!! His wife already does!!! I really don't see where it's going to be hard for Sydney either!!! Excellent report and pics Cliff!!!! It just doesn't get any better than that!
  13. Does your unit show bottom structure and irregularities? Is it reading the right depth for the water you're in? How deep is the water you are fishing?
  14. I inflate all my tires to max pressure. I feel the vehicle handles better and the tires wear/last longer.
  15. I've never been impressed with Fireline, it lacks durability! I find Spiderwire and Power Pro to be much better line, you get what you pay for!
  16. I'm not a big fan of noodling/grabbling Steve. They're taking the big breaders from our waters! Tourney rules state hook and line caught only! Would like to see a noodlers facial expression when he comes up with a large Snappin' turtle or Cottonmouth latched onto his hand!!!
  17. Whats up with the "Micropterus hole" moniker??? Tired of being a b hole?

  19. Hmmmmm? Were you expecting someone on the board to make the decision whether to fish Simcoe or Georgian Bay for you? Which one is the closest to you? Can you afford the gas to go to the one that's furthest away? From what I've seen on the board here, they're both excellent fisheries... probably "twit for tat". Here's an idea! How about fishing them both?!! Fish one now and the other the next time, then let us know which one YOU liked best! You may also want to use the search function on the board to review/study old threads for each body of water and make your own decision! Like others have already stated, there's a tremendous amount of help on this board... for reasonable questions! If you'd like to receive the "picture posting accolades", I'd be glad to help you learn how to post pics. You've got to admit, reports like this are rather mundane...
  20. ... and you have enough line!

  22. I know there are some stocked Trout lakes that some members here fish in Q-beck, and there's gotta be some in the streams and rivers too. ... I've heard that Trout make excellent Sturgeon bait!
  23. I can't even take that one with a grain of salt Dan.
