Wondering what peoples preferences are when it comes to fluoro on there baitcasters. I have used it on my spinning but am wondering how its "stiffness" effects baitcasters. D

Btw bass are not on there beds for another week, they feed heavily in pre spawn and are very easy to catch, its just too bad they dont seem to be that aggressive every day!

At the start of the season you might want to try the south end of the lake near the bkuff bank for Lake trout . also try near the neighboring island. On the west side is a very long arm of the lake where the pike spawn. go right back into the very shallow end for pike. Didnt have much luck for eyes but then it was being rehabed for eyes then. The back lakes and streams hold some nice specks if you have an ATV and a canoe. The river north of the lake has specks in it and a very nice giant rapids,

Anyone use it? It's something I have always meant to try but always forget to pick up. Darren

I have een using the ultra shallow model cranks in water from 6 inches to 2 feet deep more and more. Seems that a fat body and wobble is a really good alternative to a spinnerbait. Bomber has a good line up of cranks that run 1-2 feet deep.
