  1. My 50inch samsung wouldnt start up so my buddy told me to youtube the make, model and problem and there would b someone telling me how to fix. It cost me $2 for capasiters .
  2. 24" lucky strike gang troll with a minnow following at about 18". Usually go bout 2.5 kilometers per hr. Some lakes copper colour is better, others silver. I use lead core rather than dipseys so u can work it. If its sandy botton dont b afraid of hittin bottom lots of times thats wen they strike.
  3. i have a nice place in bancroft. but i get a little more than $100. there are lakers, large mouth and small mouth.beautiful new house/cottage
  4. nice fish Jeff. the one looks like a blue walleye. we went to Smith Bay outfitters out of Laniel on the north end of the lake. they pick us up by boat and its about a half hr ride to the camp. the camp is on a peninsula. the bay side averages about 20 ft deep and the walleye were pretty easy pickings but nothing over 17 inches. we caught 3 lakers over the slot size and 3 in the slot one afternoon. We are going back to moose hunt and fish more walleye in october. Good place, nice people i recomend it. Sandy
  5. the fuse block is rated for 30 amp max. if u are using 30 amps than u would use 10 gauge wire. if u are feeding two fractional hp motors that came from manufacturer with 18 gauge wire the current must b low.its never a bad thing to oversize the wire. all the inputs r good advise
  6. im a sparky. the 14/2 is enough.keep one color as ur positive and the other as ur negative.usually on 12 volt red is pos and black is negative.a direct current motor will run in reverse if the pos/neg is backwards. so if the motor is backwards simply change the polarity of the wires.the fuse block should have a spot for the feed wires and should be marked as pos/neg.off the fuse run the positive wire and should b a common neg terminal. hope this helps
  7. hey Ryan. i have been doin back woods trips for yrs from bancroft to temagami area. What r looking to fish for and whats ur boat, truck, quad, or how u getting there
  8. i think you are making a good choice. myself and a few buddies are going to smithbay outfitters on lake kipawa in two weeks. i met the owner a few yrs back and am finally getting there. large numbers of walleye with several over five lbs is normal. lake trout and pike are plentiful as well. cant wait
  9. I have bin to Gull 11 or 12 times now since 2005. the road is rough and i wouldn't try it without 4x4 . the pics Randy has posted is just part of it. I take extra trailer lights and wire and have used them. From the end of 805 u are about 2 hrs in 4x4. but it is just part of the trip. I have never caught a walleye but done well on lakers and lots of small mouth bass. Nice pics , cant wait to go back this fall.
  10. alcohol...... how many of these so called accidents was alcohol involved
  11. thats what i do. You will get a french speaking Canadian that can speak english better than if you get someone from overseas.
  12. twice i have drivin to Gogama lodge and did a 4 night fly in to Blair lake. Lots of pike and walleye for about $700. they supply 14 ft boats with 3 hp motors ,minnows and ice. U bring your own food and bedding. Cabin wasnt the greatest but for 4 guys to drink and fish it was fine.
  13. just reading another post about 22s. do any of u grouse hunters one? i use a 20 g over/under with #6 shot.but the 22 sounds like fun
