  8. They only look like glass The beauty of welded. BUFF it SmOOOOTH
  9. Swamping? May be! Tracker are now a welded boat, NO. I've heard of this, but note seen it. The guys that told me this are structural inspectors. With it being a hull of a boat or pressure vessel. That a crack( mostly in the weld) will only appear when the pressure is on the outside of the vessel. All vessels are check by being submerged under pressure. With a hull the more weight that you but into the boat, the more pressure you add to the outside on the hull. Opening the crack. Tank of gas. Tackle. People. ENGINE. Also the toque that is put on the hull from the engine. A out board puts a tremendous tension on the on the entire boat. That your traveling though water. Which is ten time more denser then concrete. And a hull that hasn't been seated or flexed.
  10. You notice that in the picture, that the hull plate is either to big or it was rolled to hard and they stretch it. The rivets on the hull bend look pretty sunk in.
  11. Wayne, Hope thats not senility kicking in?
  12. Two ways of fixing that hole. The easy way, Fill it with a type of epoxy and flog it. The hard way. That can not be welded. It is to close to the seem. welding will burn out the sealant that is put between the seams, that prevents it from leaking. With aluminum being a non ferris metal, it shrinks with heat. Pulling on rivet holes and shrinking rivets. Being to close to the ribbing, You could and will warp thees do to heat. To repair this boat,It needs a formed patch. Which means you have to be excisable to a metal brake.
  13. I think thees guys are talking about Metamucil or all bran?

  17. HA! Cliff, that one is going into the Grey zone. The Grey Zone. All women are born with it. It is a little area in the back of their brain. It is used for one thing. to store anything a man said out of female contras. Then they can process and recall that info at anytime and I do mean anytime. Then they can use it against you offensively or defensively. You will know when they are going to use it. the fist thing said is. DO YOU REMEMBER(and a course you don't)

  22. Ice freezes from the top. In a boat with bench seats or a floor, It would jam the ice and create the path of lease resistance downward
