The knot I use is not recommended for over 15lbs. I still use it for 20 to 30lbs, but was thinking of changing before my luck runs out. So the question is what type of knot do you recommend to use on 20lbs plus mono and floro. Thanks.

Heavy equipment tech. Hard,dirty,work in all conditions. Once you become a full round tech, their is nothing out there you can't fix, If you have the right tools. I have been in the trade for 27 years, and to this day. When I leave the job I have a feeling of gratification.
