  1. Daddy & the Baby Mommy and the Baby And Mommy and the Coop hanging out in the afternoon yesterday...
  2. Hey All... Welcome Callum to my family. Cooper and Carson are very excited for their new brother to be running around with them. For the meantime we are planning some R & R. Callum Edward was 5lbs 14oz born on Friday April 24. Kristi had a C-Section and is now in full recovery. Day one was tough, Day two was much better. Today some of her new friends will be popping by to visit with us. The joke is that since Callum is American we should get him on the ballot for Presidential Elections. We could have a Prime Minister and a President. I have attached a couple of photo's but don't have them on an internet site...Let's see if anyone can figure out how to imbed them? The first is my two big boys Coop and Carson (Bobo) and I playing in the yard. The second is wee Cal joining us. I will put another post on this thread with a couple more.
  3. Didn't you put your shovel away early? hahahahah
  4. Brian, Happy Birthday man. Mandarin is a good deal...yum. I am counting blessings to get to Thursday without a kid out this way, looking forward to a nice Sushi dinner. YUM Happy Day my man.
  5. My Father runs the Holstein Rodeo...A few years ago was the first time I saw that event. WOW...very impressive for your daughter.
  6. Hey Joey, I was doing the Jogging program and my knee gave me some problems so I have shelved it for a while. If I am still at this in June then I get a good pair of running shoes. We have a couple of great running shops around. I have been doing a lot of walking cycles on the treadmill. I do a lot of incline walking. Recently started my bike work and becoming a lot stronger there as well. My go to has been the Eliptical. We have a couple different ones at my YMCA and they each seem to give me a different work out. My biggest surprise during all of this is how quickly my fitness level improved and continues to improve. I really like it. Good for you, Joey. Are you still done with the darts (smokes)?
  7. Hey fella, So I am at the gym this morning with a conundrum. I had no socks. So I says to myself. Self, you need to be able to swim a 1/2 mile by september. Why not start working on it today. Ok I says to me. I spent half my time in the pool pulling my shorts up...hahhaha. Went out and purchased a bathing suit...Size Large! I qualified for my health premium on Friday by weighing in at 221 lbs. Next week I start weight training as I have six weeks consecutive at home. I am in an "Adventure Race" at one of the local state parks in September. 1/2 mile swim, 3 mile run, 10 mile bike. I believe that my goal times are 30-33 minutes on the run, 30-34 minutes on the bike and I have no idea on the swim yet. How are you doing? Still staying strong? Anyone else having a succesful year getting healthy?
  8. Not just the Geeky Guy with the Glasses But also the President!
  9. Really, most of the success could be attributed to "Swilling". Great work fellas.
  10. Let's leave the "You Guys" stuff out of these conversations. Generally, whenever you refer to someone as "Them or You Guys" it should be left out of what could otherwise be general conversation. Even productive conversation if allowed to get there. As a Canadian living in the US and enjoying the freedoms that both of our contries have allowed us I would graciously ask that y'all leave the border issue alone for a bit. It has been burning on the site for a few weeks. Borders are blind lines! People have eyes and ears. Use them. Don't listen to "The Border". You wonder why police exist?
  11. John, Head over to the Napoleon store in Orillia. You won't be dissapointed. If nothing else, forget about buying a grill. Just go for the education.
  12. You never know when your name will be called to visit an international customer or supplier. Always good to be prepared.
  13. Wife and kids all have passports (needed them to get Visas). I am of the thought that it is better to have one than not.
  14. I have had a pretty good week, Brian. I was travelling this week so it was harder to watch the food. Tomorow should be a good one. I will start swimming soon.
  15. Where in PA do you live? I am in New Oxford, near Gettysburg.
  16. Brian...You are eager aren't you. I was considering buying a new Chrysler but think I am going to wait until the fall to make a decision on a vehicle. Want to make sure that the businesses are around. Great deals to be had right now though. I wish I knew I was having another kid when I bought my accord in August!
  17. Tiller DANG...BEER...WINGS...ELITISM
  18. Rick, They make dog meatloaf. You buy it by the tray and mix it in with your dry food or serve it separate depending on your dogs size and eating habits. Incorporating the dry food helps with teeth. Dogs We Love...It's worth the drive.
  19. Have you thought about incorporating the "Fresh Frozen" wet food with the lower cost Costco food. We had one in Orangeville called Dogs We Love.
  20. The factory where it is all made is small; however, they do great work!
  21. Check out the culling tools from Ardent Outdoors. I was in their manufacturing facility a few months ago, neat place. They are a 100% manufactured in the USA company. We are in development with them on a new product that will be a great addition to the fishing industry.
  22. When I lived in Burlington, Ont. 16 Mile and Bronte both used to get blown up like that. What a sight to be seen. We used to love walking the river, mostly 16 mile.
  23. Good fish...Enjoy it! I know that I would love a piece!
  24. I actually dropped all the white stuff in my coffee. Really liking it. I only end up having a couple of cups a day now. I have a lot of energy from my morning workout and the coffee pushes me over the edge. One day I had to leave the office and go for a quick walk to burn some energy. John...You could get it done. The exercise is fun. I like Jim Rome and now I get to listen to about 45-60 minutes a day of Rome.
