For the past eight years a guy has been going on a fishing weekend with four buddies Two weeks before the annual trip they all have everything planned out. One week before the trip the guys wife says there is no way on earth he is allowed to go. He argues with her but she will not budge. The rest of the group is upset but they decide to go anyways. Friday morning the guys head out and they arrive at the campsite a couple hours later to find their friend there with the camp set up, beer on ice and fish in the frying pan. They ask him what happened and he told them that he came home from work and his wife was waiting for him in the skimpiest and most see through negligee he had ever seen. She took me into the bedroom where I discovered handcuffs and blindfolds laying on the bed. My wife told me she wanted me to cuff her to the bed and blindfold her so I did as I was asked. Then as she was laying there bound and blindfolded she told me I could do what ever he wanted. So here I am lets go fishing.

Sorry for your loss Mark You are right we should tell them we love them. A good friend of mine buried his 42 yr old wife today. 3 weeks after finding out she had cancer. Tell your loved ones you love them every chance you get. Again my condolences Rick

Keep at it Brian and I am sure it will pay off. Looks like a good spot. I know what you mean with having them come in to you it is really exciting. I rattled in a nice eight point the other day but was not quite what I was looking for so I let him pass. Nothing like the excitement of watching a buck come across a 300 yard field to within 20 yards of my stand looking for the two fighters LOL Anyway hope you get one soon. Rick

didn't see much of anything this weekend.. Sat saw a doe and two fawns right of the bat and then rattled in a small 8 point the rain started after that so i called it quits Went out again this morning and didn't see a darn animal Looks like the deer won this round

The negative comments by some are really starting to piss me off. The guy caught a great fish and he decided to keep it. BIG DEAL! I wonder how many of you negative people have ever kept a walleye or pike or something else for a meal? How do you know that 16" walleye you kept for a meal wouldn't have been a 29 or 30" fish in a few (or many) years Maybe you ate an eventual trophy fish The guy caught a fish of a lifetime He kept it. Get over it Sorry for the rant but I am getting tired of some people jumping all over a guy for keeping a fish, or holding it wrong, or whatever else someone thinks is so bad that they feel the need to bash a guy when all he is doing is trying to share a great fishing experience

DOH! At least you know the buck is still around Went in to switch cards in my cams today and saw four doe in the field. They just walked off into the bush (must be getting used to me or they knew I had some apples for them) Got these two pics off the one cam Haven't set the clock back on the cam yet got tomorrow off...can you guess where i will be at dawn The was also a pic of a big doe in between these two pics. Cool pic He probably is from the bunch released near Cameron Lake south of Kenora about ten or so years back they are pretty spread out now. there is a few hanging around just north of town here. Buddy found a shed this spring of a nice bull.

Sat from nine oclock to dark today and saw only two does just before last light. strong west wind here today is what i think kept them from moving during the day gonna sit fri afternoon and this weekend although temps are supposed to be 10 to 15 deg c sat and sun not really good for deer moving but they should be heavy into the rut by sun or monday fingers and toes crossed

no giants this year but lots of decent fish

Jedi I am not worried about winning the cup.......My Devils have one three since 94 I just get a kick out of all the leaf fans in the summer saying how Burke is going to rebuild the team.
