We are around. Life has been very busy. Cliff is and has been extremely busy at work. Most of his past posts were made while he was at work, now he is actually working lol I am in a career transition and at this time, it means I am working 2 jobs along with being a wife, a mother and avid angler. We are still fishing but it has been limited..I missed the Kawartha Musky closer because I was sick. There has been a bit of "eye" results but again the trips have been limited..kids sick, weather and so on. Hopefully Cliff will post a report soon with a few pictures. Ps Snag.....14 lbs 3 ounces

Beats, I hadn't thought to look at a pet store for them, thanks! Usually purchase them at one of the local tackle shops for a reasonable price but they do not always have them in stock.

That is really cool Rick and it does look like fun! Couldn't help but ask though.....wouldn't it be cheaper and increase the number to 100% by just turning off the escalator?

Nice report and congrats on your first Musky, a beautiful fish and one to certainly be proud of Re: getting flamed over the walleye and musky Doesn't sound like you are going to let it get you down...good for you! I see it this way.....you already stated the walleye was bound for the dinner table anyway and that you were inexperienced...better to learn on a fish that is already going to be eaten and now you know. The musky.....This is your first, you weren't targeting it, sounds like you were mindful of the fight/out of water time and it swam away strong. The holds and perfect C & R techniques come with education and experience. Congrats again!
