We caught them Mike, perch mostly and just let the kids reel them in when they were not busy with their own. Kept everyone very very busy ... and happy of course.

Since the weather was so beautiful I decided to take the kids down to Bayfront park to see if the fish were biting. Easton, and my sister decided to join us, 5 children in total all had an excellent time. Although they are going to have to learn how to put worms on a hook they did a great job. Finally we ran out of bait and it was time to come home...All and all an amazing night out with the family.

THERE IS A TROPHY?? Looks at schedule , wonders if she can rearrange... Daydreams... But a trophy , wow! Jen

I can not tell you the number of times I have said ... " there must be no fish in this river!" while standing looking at the dang things swimming by... trying everything in my tackle box. Many evenings spent wondering if I could catch one if I just walked into the water and grabbed it rather than using a fishing rod. We all have our moments... but I wouldn't trade one of them for a couch. Thanks for posting that Ken... Now I know I am not alone!

I drove by the accident tonight at just after 5:30... the car that was hit by the transport was a total write off and they still had someone covered on the side of the highway waiting on investigators. What a tragic way to lose your life. The comments about something needing to be done are so true... no one should get that phone call at dinner time saying they lost a loved one on their way home from work.

Team 5 is doing a fishing charter on Sunday June 3rd, out of St. Catherines. There is one spot left if anyone is interested at $125 for a full day, bar b que afterwards. Setting out from the dock at 6am returning around 2. PM me if you would like to come along! Cheers, Jen
