I have very little experience catching walleye, although I have fished Nipissing once before, many moons ago. Dressed Mepps black fury 3 with a worm was landing walleye if I remember correctly.1 point

I've used the Helix 5, gen 1 and now gen 2 for 3 seasons on the ice. Before that I used the Humminbird 385. They've been excellent for the intended purpose, and they make a pretty good portable as well.1 point

We had a couple walleye and few perch in the livewell today and when we got to the shore I saw a bunch of those flat white whatever they are floating around in the livewell. Does anybody know what they are? I've never seen them before. Thanks!0 points
