In a boat, I try and hold the fish over the water. In either case, i figure is isnt good to hold the fish too high incase you loose grip. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
wolfville Posted August 1, 2007 Report Share Posted August 1, 2007 If you want to photo with a 10lb+ fish, and you can't hold the gill plate like you would with pike or muskie, it's only nature to kneel down for a photo.
