nubutlernin Posted May 19 Report Posted May 19 Hi everyone, new to the site! We are looking for a home to retire to shortly, but we love our fishing...mainly walleye, musky and bass. We have looked online at a couple of places that look good, but are on lakes I am not familiar with, and am having trouble finding info online about them. One is Sucker Lake, and the other is Roberts Lake....both around the Parry sound area. Wondering if anyone can tell me if they know these lakes, and what fish are in them. I am not asking for your favourite spots, I will have too much fun finding them.....just asking about the species in these lakes. Thanks for the input. By the way, I may ask about a lot more since there are so many lakes up there.
mikdor Posted May 19 Report Posted May 19 Have You tried ontario fish -on-line. That might help you out.
Rizzo Posted May 20 Report Posted May 20 The fish on-line site is great for seeing what fish are in a lake. Up that way, the only inland lakes I can think of with musky, bass and walleye would be Blackstone or Crane. Rosseau has those 3 species too if you have a bazillion dollars
nubutlernin Posted May 20 Author Report Posted May 20 Thanks for the replies. I did try that site, but it shows no fish in either lake. I either didn't do it right or there is no information for those lakes.
Terry Posted May 20 Report Posted May 20 Robert’s lake I think is a landing strip for float planes in the area it there are some fish
