5 Gallons of Chili

Long day nursing this one to completion in my 20 Quart pot. 

It'll chill until Saturday morning then rewarmed for my customer appreciation open house.

30 people came in for day the John, they left me a small bowl of Chili for my own dinner.
I may need to invest in a bigger pot.
