Hoping for a Gar Pike

I'd like to target some Gar on the Ottawa river. Can anyone recommend a good place to camp with Gar near by? Private or Provincial Park is good enough for us. Thanks

You could try the Ottawa Municipal Campground, less than ten minutes from Shirley's Bay.
