Really is buyer beware out there When you think about it I wonder how many folks actually put a new cap on a meter before installing it, probably not too many. That's a huge difference in values, it wouldn't work as designed and too high a voltage would fry it and the outer can wouldn't show any bulges. Crazy 1

Could be, but the actual cap is only 1/3 the capacity and a lower voltage rating. Total scam.

LOL That wire looks pretty thin too. It may not react well to a 55amp draw from a 12v trolling motor.
