Line up at golden lake

Here are some pictures of Golden Lake reservation. At 9:30 this morning. I see roadblocks happening again soon.

Is this the Golden Lake up near Killaloe on hwy 60 ?

I've spent a huge amount of time in that area over my life and have never seen or even imagined it to be crowded like that....ever.

Is the lake out near Ottawa ?

 

I fished it when I was like 12 yoa. I fished with a old fella that trolled live night crawlers with just a 1/2 oz slip weight and a small swivel as a stop with 2 ft of leader off the back with just one hook. Man, he could catch them pickeral.

Not campers and cottagers imho. Just smokes, gas and cannabis. More the smokes and cannabis than gas.

Not even during the pow-wow is it this busy. Long weekends it gets busy, but its boats, atvs, and camper trailers. Not too many of those in the pictures lol
