Kawartha Kev Posted February 24, 2018 Report Share Posted February 24, 2018 (edited) Looks like with all the warm weather and rain there is starting to be some open water up in the Kawartha's specifically from my lake Lower Buckhorn which as you can see from this webcam from the Reach Harbour Resort shows some open water in front of their property bring on the soft water season!!
