laopi Posted August 31, 2017 Report Posted August 31, 2017 Hi, I'll stay at pine vista this weekend, I had a boat, where is the hot spot nearby for bass/walleye ? Thanks. peter
Old Ironmaker Posted August 31, 2017 Report Posted August 31, 2017 No one is going to give you their hot spot on this or most any fishing forums. It's actually discouraged. Maybe someone will PM you. I would ask someone where you are staying.
jimmer Posted August 31, 2017 Report Posted August 31, 2017 Let us know if you find a hotspot. I fished out of there a couple of times over the years in the fall and never caught one walleye. Ended up focusing on Perch so we could have a feed while we were there.
Pigeontroller Posted August 31, 2017 Report Posted August 31, 2017 Since you ''had'' a boat I assume you'll be renting, ask for the one the HULK rented last time, he marked the 'hotspot' on the bottom of the boat with a big red X!

esoxansteel Posted September 4, 2017 Report Posted September 4, 2017 know Stoney well, will I give up its Walleye Bass and Muskies spots not likely, fished it for 40 years, unless you own a liquor store or better still a medicinal dispensery your on your own, my lips are sealed I will say for Walleyes fish deep, 30 to 50 feet
Old Ironmaker Posted September 4, 2017 Report Posted September 4, 2017 I have gotten all my Pics on Stoney in waters 6 to 15 feet deep. So you should fish the water from 6 to 50 feet and you should be good to go.
