CRAPPIE Posted July 6, 2017 Report Posted July 6, 2017 Hi Fellow members, I just bought a Hobie Kayak and would like some suggestions regarding where can I fish for Silver Bass within one and half hours within Toronto area. Thanks in advance!
Shloim Posted July 10, 2017 Report Posted July 10, 2017 Thames river in Tilbury. Ok irs 3.5 hours from Toronto but it's a nice calm river off of lake st Clair. Silver bass galore mixed in with a bunch of other stuff. Good luck! Otherwise try the Holland river around bradford great sheltered paddling there
Old Ironmaker Posted July 11, 2017 Report Posted July 11, 2017 (edited) With all the game fish we have at our beckoned call why Silver Bass may I ask? When they are on the bite not really challenging. Good to eat that day or the next at the most. Then they are fertilizer. Never freeze them, they go off. Edited July 11, 2017 by Old Ironmaker
jimmer Posted July 11, 2017 Report Posted July 11, 2017 The Pickering generating station????? Watch the weather though.
