Fisherman Posted January 1, 2017 Report Posted January 1, 2017 16 years ago I was working New Years eve and everyone was hanging around the computers waiting for the smoke genie to appear at the stroke of midnight. What a letdown.
dave524 Posted January 1, 2017 Report Posted January 1, 2017 Sept 1969, first year at university, bought a electric tea kettle there and flip flop manual toaster there for my dorm room, had to have toast and coffee in the morning or late night studying. On the way home you could stop at the Brunny for a beer or 2 , it's gone now too.
