Handlebarz Posted August 2, 2015 Report Posted August 2, 2015 Hey all were heading to Florida in October and want to do some shark fishing this is a kids trip so we will be staying around orilando looking for advice where to go not to far away.

Fang Posted August 2, 2015 Report Posted August 2, 2015 It's not too far a drive east over to Cocoa Beach. I went out with Captain Jamie Glasner of Fin and Fly charters. He does both inshore and offshore and I wouldn't hesitate to rebook with him again. He has an Instagram account where he posts pics of the days catch. If it's nasty weather and rough seas you can always go inshore fir reds and trout as a choice
Dozer Posted August 2, 2015 Report Posted August 2, 2015 Fished outta Tampa - approx. 2 hours away. Chunks of meat on bottom near waterway entrances next to the open ocean.
