mike rousseau Posted March 4, 2015 Report Posted March 4, 2015 I thought it was illigal to disturb spawning fish in any way...? We have a canoe race every year here that goes over walleye spawning beds in a local trib to the st lawrence...

ketchenany Posted March 5, 2015 Report Posted March 5, 2015 Brilliant. Yes Bill a Brilliant idea with some "boaters" 'soaked' with adult beverages causing havoc on the river. It was mentioned as an event a while back, they may have backed off ; well I haven't seen it in my copy for a while.
