aznphil Posted September 24, 2014 Report Posted September 24, 2014 (edited) HI OFNERS!! quick question: can one park his boat and trailer on a car campsite? Is it wise to do so? I'm thinking to park my boat at a Provincial Park campsite for a night, then take it to a lake the next day. Thoughts? THANKS!! Fin Edited September 25, 2014 by finatic
porkpie Posted September 24, 2014 Report Posted September 24, 2014 I used to do it all the time. Just put your expensive stuff in the truck!
Mister G Posted September 24, 2014 Report Posted September 24, 2014 Did it for years when I owned a van......bedtime take everything out of the van for sleeping room and put in boat. Cover boat. Wake up 15 minutes earlier and uncover boat. Take everything out of boat and put back in van. Make coffee on Coleman stove. Go fishing. Repeat the next night and next morning.
chris.brock Posted September 24, 2014 Report Posted September 24, 2014 If you're sleeping in a tent beside your truck/ trailer/ boat, no worries, it's done all the time, it's not Jane and Finch up there Do you mean getting a campsite just to leave your boat for the night while you and your vehicle are elsewhere?
