The yard is outrageously nice and well, yeah the lake lol. We pulled the trigger. Moving starts immediately;)

manitoubass2 Posted June 3, 2014 Author Report Posted June 3, 2014 (edited) Side of the house nice lil 16 ft that comes with the propertyview from front stepsto the south of the houseview from the kids room upstairsshoreline view on the west side of the lawnanother lawn shot property also has a few storage sheds, a riding lawn mower, a canoe, a paddle boat, a horseshoe pit, 2 nice apple trees, and a blueberry rock(through a trail to the east side of the property). Gonna be a long two weeks to move out whats left there, move are stuff up, all while working and getting the kiddos to school haha. Looking forward to it though:)

Septic/electrical need work and wont be ready until late august or September:( good news is we can still utilize the property until then(weekend etc). Also cut a deal to help maintain the outside and free rent for two months once its good to go. Bad news, again, is will have a new house in our current area by October by the sounds of it:(
