mistaredone Posted July 24, 2013 Report Posted July 24, 2013 Any recommendations for a skeg repair guy in the GTA? I shredded a prop and broke off the bottom of the skeg as a good bye present from Gbay lol. The skeg is aluminum? Not sure if they are made with anything else? Thanks Steve
mercman Posted July 24, 2013 Report Posted July 24, 2013 This is what I used on a Merc 40 4 stroke. installed in 10 minutes, and looks cool on the brite stainless finish ;-) http://www.basspro.com/SkegShield-Skeg-Guard/product/10200068/

bigbuck Posted July 24, 2013 Report Posted July 24, 2013 2nd citywide welding. Lou is a good guy and does good work. He fixed a prop for me and did a nice job. Gbay claims yet another victim. Kings on Muskoka rd 5 on the way to HH is another good place. Calvin has been at it his whole life and is pretty good as well.
