misfish Posted June 5, 2012 Report Posted June 5, 2012 (edited) Just remember Mike, you are now beginning the 3 month probation period with your new employer... most companies will not give you credit for time served while being employed by a third party. Keep yer head down, continue to work to the level they have seen and now expect Great advise Joe. Remember, your there to work, not to chat. That time will come later. Edited June 5, 2012 by Misfish

mike rousseau Posted June 6, 2012 Author Report Posted June 6, 2012 Just remember Mike, you are now beginning the 3 month probation period with your new employer... most companies will not give you credit for time served while being employed by a third party. Keep yer head down, continue to work to the level they have seen and now expect and good luck to you; congrats to your family. HH Yup 500+ hours on probation... Then another raise... I don't plan on letting up anytime soon... This job is great... It's very physical so it's a good workout... I've lost like 30 pounds in 2 months... And there's room to grow within this company... It's HUGE... So I have to keep going like I'm always on probation so I can try to move up the ladder... And get experience that can help me in the future if something should come up...
