dave524 Posted May 15, 2012 Report Posted May 15, 2012 (edited) One of the best bassplayers. Played with a lot of bands and session players. http://www.popmatters.com/pm/article/158554-donald-duck-dunn-dead-at-70-a-soul-rhythm-section-great/ Edited May 15, 2012 by dave524
Headhunter Posted May 15, 2012 Report Posted May 15, 2012 (edited) Huge loss for the bass playing as well as musical community. The man was a legend and influenced so many players... at least he died doing what he loved... just finished playing two shows in Japan and passed away. RIP Duck! Here's a link to the Duck... he's the dude with the pipe, for those that don't know... laying down the groove the John and Dan! HH Edited May 15, 2012 by Headhunter
