rippinlipsfishingteam Posted January 28, 2012 Report Posted January 28, 2012 Was gonna fish today but when I arrived at a local spot I could not help but be distracted and disgusted.... copious amounts of line, hooks, jig heads, line with hooks attatched.... food wrappers...etc Picked up this bag full in about 20 minutes... Goin back for more this week... If anyone wants their 'stuff' back, feel free to contact me. I would be glad to return it
rippinlipsfishingteam Posted January 28, 2012 Author Report Posted January 28, 2012 Big bag... and lots more to come...
Gregoire Posted January 28, 2012 Report Posted January 28, 2012 I experienced a similar thing on scugog last year. I got skunked in the fish department but did not come home empty handed. I must have collected a 24 of empty beer cans. People are pigs.
bigugli Posted January 28, 2012 Report Posted January 28, 2012 Sadly, we created a disposable world of conveniences. I pick up after folks every day during my daily walks. There is so much that I can only focus on the recyclables of beer empties, pop cans, polybottles. Even then I have caught flak for putting much of it in our apartment bins.
Sinker Posted January 28, 2012 Report Posted January 28, 2012 Those slobs are going to ruin it for all of us!! They need a right good kick in the ass!! I swear, slob fisherman are some of the worste slobs out there!! It blows my mind how someone who must enjoy the outdoors, can have such disregard for it.
mike rousseau Posted January 28, 2012 Report Posted January 28, 2012 Try living in my area... Instead of a coffee cup and worm container... It's cases of cigarettes and garbage bags of tobacco One day I found about 40-50 full size garbage bags full of tobacco... A couple days later my brother found a dozen more...
