I BUY THE LARGE ROLLS AT WALMART...JUST CHEAP STUFF BUT I'VE BEEN USING IT FOR YRS AND HAVE NO PROBLEM WITH BREAK-OFFS

UB, just go order the TufLine Duracast from Phil (etackle) and you are good to go. Don't get the ice spool, get the reg. spool and you will be fine. I'm using that and nanofil this year.

I have had good success with Cabela's mono lines in 4 and 6# tests...if mono is what your looking for you can save a bundle using Cabela's Proline ...4# 3100 yards cost $9.99 and 6# 1980 yards cost $9.99
