How do I reduce the size of pics I want to upload? I can never seem to do it.

there are many ways to do it

one of the easiest ways is with one of the hundreds of free programs to do just that

Another way where where you don't need software is to load them to photobucket. You will need a free account. You can resize them there quite easily, copy the IMG code and paste it right into a report here.
