Probably the bottom left hand corner Rob! That would be the top right hand to you...

Restricted size range must be released immediately.
..... and what GB has spent HOURS on the phone with various MNR CO's trying to get an opinion on with no joy!

"Immediate" for OOS fish means right then and NOW... how can it be interpreted differently for slots "immediate" release? Dumb.. but it's their typing.. not mine. They should have.. must be release immediately after verifying length, but they don't.

Yes it certainly muddies the waters. Immediately release a fish...by using your Steve Austin bionic eye and measuring the length. Remember the regs are a summary and not the actual laws.

The law does not say you must immediately release the fish, the law says you may not be in possession. Now...your homework is to go and read what possession means.
