Draining a lake?

Heard today that 'they' are gonna drain Rice Lake in order to scrape up all the Zebra mussels, and at the same time take out the old railway track.

And some believed it LOL

a guy at work was telling me he heard the program on draining the lake and that some guy called in and blew a gasket saying he runs a boat rental company and how was he going to survive. to funny wish i heard it

Ya gotta know that somehow the RLTA and/or their self-proclaimed alleged spokespeoples is behind this rumour! It doesn't make any sense, sounds like Bull from the git go, is completely ludicrous, bypasses all levels of government, seems completely whimisical and classes itself as an EPIC fail immediately upon presentation.
