Raf Posted November 25, 2009 Report Posted November 25, 2009 i doubt you will find hydrographic maps for conservation areas. only the major lakes/system tend to be charted (ie. great lakes, trent/severn, ottawa, st. lawrence). your best bet would be to contact the conservation authority you are dealing with.
johnnyb Posted November 25, 2009 Report Posted November 25, 2009 Local MNR offices also are likely to have lake surveys on file...not so much for navigation purposes, but at least contours of the lake, if locating fishable structure is your goal. You can call ahead and ask if they'll make copies for you.

bdox Posted November 26, 2009 Report Posted November 26, 2009 I use ibycus topo because it's free and works with my garmin software and handheld. I find it pretty accurate, at least enough for light hiking. http://www.ibycus.com/ibycustopo/
