Hard to believe this is real. It was on the Globe and Mails web site. Makes me wonder why they would want to demo a building that is strong enough to do that?

It's obvious the the demo team didn't know Schick from Shinola about what they were doing.

 

They were probably trying to save money, but are going to spend at least 10 times more than it would have cost to do it right.
