Resort Question

Seems like the day for helping.. I was emailed this.. I dont know.. but I thought someone here might!!

 

 

Hi there, approx. 9 years ago I sent my husband on a fishing trip to a resort I think was either called or located in a spot with Lynx resort in the name. I remember it was in the Peterborough direction. We can't seem to find anything about it and wonder if it has closed down or changed names or something. Any help would be appreciated as we would like to look into taking another trip.

 

Anybody got any ideas??

Doesn't ring any bells for me either but there are hundreds of resorts in the area.

I seem to recall a Lynx Lake reserve, or preserve somewhere in N.Kawartha's or Haliburton. They managed several small, natural lakes with some pretty big stocked brook trout.

I've lived and worked in the area for almost 11 years now, I sell cleaning supplies to the hospitality industry...and I don't have a clue...doesn't ring a bell at all.

I'll second Solo's answer. I remember seeing a show with Bob Izumi fishing in that area and Lynx Lake reserve rings a bell. It might have been a fly in only though, not sure.
