Line conditioner

Anyone use it?

It's something I have always meant to try but always forget to pick up.

I never did till i came down under. The salt is hard on the line, i started using Kevin VanDam’s line conditioner ( hard time finding it now) and the stuff really works. Makes the line very pliable and easy to cast even after a whole season on the reel. It maybe my imagination but i even seem to cast farther with it. When i return home it will continue to use it.. top product imo.

I find it works well , removes memory, and i also agree it helps you cast further, and helps reduce line twist,"helps", KVD brand i find works best and is made by a company call BTS

I use line dressing on my Fly line, and it seems to take all the dirt off and leave the line supple and easier to cast. I would imagine you could use this for the same thing one reg fishing line.

It's almost required when using fluorocarbon on a baitcaster.

I use reel magic on my lines reels ,guides works grest.

Never tried the KVD condtioner but heard it works great as well, i believe I seen it on the shelf at gagnons
