    6 - 10 games? i think kadri is dirty as anything but still doesn't deserve that. i've watched the replay a number of times..... as much as kadri is a dirty bum, the guy turned something fierce. kadri actually hit him on his side, but the guy turned as he was hit.... edit: nevermind, i see the photo above that shows what i just said.

    anything will help. nascar is just a shadow of what it once was. my uncle used to be the biggest nascar fan....went to about five races a year.... at christmas I asked him what was up....he said he's lost interest.... if uncle jimmy lost interest, then something definitely is up.....cause he was a nascar nut.

    i know your looking at aluminum, but don't discount the 'sportcraft' line of boats. yes, fiberglass, but smaller, lighter, and awesome boats! the 24' version is my dreamboat!

    my parents, who were staunch conservatives, are moving away from their conservative roots. not sure where they are drifting to, but drifting none the less. harper just doesn't represent my beliefs.

    does a hut operator have to pay taxes (property taxes)? ie, can i set up 15 huts, rent them to my hearts content, then at the end of the season, take my money and run (without paying taxes)?

    nah, when i'm bass fishing I have nothing on the number of rods that i have when I'm out trolling ... as a rod happy troller, very rarely do I have less than 10 setups on the boat.....and I only have a 17' boat. (it's an evil disease, lol). guys with real boats have 16 plus setups at any one time sitting on sexy rocket launchers. tackle porn

    that's my break for walleye....actually, likely 16lbs. but if I caught anything walleye related with a 16 in front of the weight - bonk.

    you bet! we run 7'6" light spinning rods with 4000 sized spinning reels, dropping cannonballs just off bottom. a 20lbs laker on light spinning tackle is fun!

    I do. the rods serve a much different purpose. the 3" twister tail rod is used in around weeds, and has slightly more of a backbone. the 4" twister tail rod is softer, lighter tip, and is used in open water....that's why I upside the twister. It should be noted that I fish smallies a couple times a year, the rest is largies. those rods do double duty for light rigger rods (both 7'6" 'lighter' rods).

    if anyone is looking for big lakers, in May - Lake Ontario there are many lakers caught over 20lbs.....usually approaching 30lbs.... cracking 30lbs is tough, but certainly attainable. also, there are many of them, so you don't have to feel bad about keeping one for the wall.

    cph, where do you hide your rods then? i have a fishing room in the basement where the wife can walk into anytime and count 40 rods .... i guess hiding purchases is some folks game .... but not everyones.

    nothing wrong with thinking spring. i'm getting my spring (late winter) brown trout stuff together as we speak.
